I love handmade pottery, but instead of buying it, I decided that I should learn to make it myself so that I can make whatever it is I want, without having to go out and look for it.

After moving to Maine in the spring of 2021, I signed up for pottery classes where I learned the basics. After that, it was - and still is - all down to practice.

Shout out to the Belfast Clay Studio in Belfast ME where I learned the craft under the nurturing instruction and encouragement of two awesome teachers - Adam and Cory.

What is a roaming lizard? That's me, according to my husband because I am "always cold" and "can't sit still". Instead of taking umbrage at that, I decided to own it because, well, it's true!

So, I made lots of mugs, pour-overs, bowls, etc. - all things I wanted to have. Now I have too much of everything and want to share it with my friends, family, and the world.
